KYC verification. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC. Members are expected to cooperate fully with verification requests.
Your ph49 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ph49 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods. A completed KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicated during the withdrawal process. ph49 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
No third-party funding. You may only deposit using payment methods held in your own name. ph49 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Attempting to fund your account from a third-party source may result in account suspension and the return of the funds.
All games available on ph49 — including slots, live casino table games, and fish shooting games — are provided by established game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by physical equipment in the case of live casino titles. ph49 does not manipulate game outcomes.
By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:
Prohibited behaviour. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. ph49 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from such conduct and to close the accounts involved.
If a game malfunctions in a way that could affect the outcome — for example, a technical fault during a live casino round — ph49 may void the affected bets in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy. This will be communicated to affected members.
ph49 may offer bonuses, promotional offers, cashback, and VIP rewards to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. In general:
Bonus abuse. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using other members' credentials to claim bonuses, or exploiting promotional terms in ways clearly outside their intended purpose constitutes bonus abuse. ph49 will cancel bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected, and may close the accounts involved.
